Intelligent yarn feeder,16pcs yarn feeder is controlled by 16 independent servo motors. It breaksfree from the constraints of the machine carriage and is controlled by high-precision feedbackfrom the encoder, helps the yarn feeder to stay at the stopping point more accurately and perfectly.cooperate with the needle output of the machine carriage. The system adopts closed-loop controlto optimize the yarn feeding process. It can also realistically introduce multi-color patterns suchas intarsia,partly jacquard, multi-color intarsia, and reverse yarn addition,improving the efficiencof pattern weaving by up to 75%. Expand the business scope of sweater processing enterprisesand enable them to gain greater benefits.
The dynamic density is controlled by a power motor to weave multiple density within a row, whichcan achieve lmm dynamic degree value completed within 4mm range.This enriches the diversity ofthe fabric, and fine-tuning the two-sided mesh greatly reflects the application space of dynamic mesh.
